Jen has extensive experience across all aspects of real estate including sourcing, financing, diligence, design, construction, accounting, and project management. Beyond oversight, she is known to get her hands dirty, so you’ll often see her on job sites wielding a circular saw.

Prior to starting JB Homes, Jen worked as a Chemist with a focus on organic semiconductor technology. She has a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Lake Forest College.

At JB Homes, Brendan primarily oversees strategy, finance, and tech operations. Brendan has over 15 years of general business, tech, and finance experience, having founded or been an early employee at startups ranging from two to 300 employees.

Brendan was previously Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations at at a Missouri-based family office and Senior Relationship Manager at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund with over $180 billion under management. He has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Chris has over a decade of experience as a civil engineer. Prior to obtaining his professional degree, he spent his summers working for his uncle’s construction company, so he is no stranger to operations both large and small. He has a depth of knowledge across both residential and commercial projects.

When not working, Chris is an avid sports fan, both as a spectator and a participant. Chris has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia

Bobby has spent his entire life around construction since his dad is also a General Contractor and would take full advantage of the in-house labor. Though he ordinarily tackles the larger projects, Jen likes to keep him humble with an occasional drain snake or toilet replacement.

When not building homes for others, he is working through the extensive list from his wife as they construct their own home on his family’s land in Waterloo, IL

Bethany began her full time real estate sales career in 2016. She has been a top performer in her brokerages every year and has been ranked in the top 5% of agents in the St. Louis, MO region. She is passionate about exceeding the expectations of her clients in each real estate transaction.

In her free time, you will find her spending time as her children's uber driver and snuggling her fluffy corgis, Samson, Delilah and Cessna.

There are a number of animals that make invaluable contributions to the JB Homes team but none demand public recognition like this French Bulldog.
